Our service model:
recoverdex typically provides on-site consulting for Risk Management and or Business Continuity Management services based on a 24 month contract, which includes the full build and reporting of your IT Risk Profile and BCM training (business continuity or disaster recovery champions). The service delivery is governed by an SLA as determined by the client and recoverdex. The consulting is done on-site or at the disaster recovery site and training is done at some of the best training/conference venues in Gauteng.

Risk Management:
The full risk management cycle is followed using the CoBIT model for both the Technology and Infrastructure (Facilities) divisions. The output is a comprehensive risk profile with consulting and advisory services on risk identification, assessment, mitigation and reporting. Consulting and advisory services are also offered for risk escalation, risk committees, reporting and automation.
Business Continuity Management:
The BCM Program will be designed and developed around the risk appetite of each organization and is also typically built around the risk and resilience strategy of the organization. The end-to-end process entails Business Continuity Processes (BCP), Disaster Recovery Processes (DRP) and the Crisis Management Process (CMP).
